It's a crazy idea, but winemakers often end up with excess wine. It might be because of a bumper crop, contracts with farmers, or simply because they haven’t been able to get the wine to market.

And so what happens then? Often, these wines will be blended away, sold off for bulk, or in the worst instances, poured down the drain. Yup, you heard us right. Sometimes it’s cheaper to bin it than it is to bottle, label and ship it.

And that’s where we step in. We take these wayward wines, curate a new wine in collaboration with a talented winemaker, and make sure none of it goes to waste.
