We work with independent winemakers who have great wine sitting in their cellars that, for one reason or another, doesn’t have a place in their usual range.
Rather than letting it disappear into the bulk market, get blended away or simply sit there, we give it a second chance.

How it works.
01 – FIND
We work with independent winemakers who have excess wine sitting in their cellars.
Not excess grapes.
It's good wine that already exists.
02 – COLLABORATE
We taste, talk and work together to decide what the wine could become.
We might bottle it, re-label it, create a new blend or simply give an existing wine a new context.
The producer, grape and place always remain part of the story.
03 – NEW HOME
Then we put it in a bottle, give it a name and send it out into the world.
To your dinner table. Your mate's birthday. The kitchen dancefloor.
Somewhere it can be enjoyed rather than forgotten.
Less waste. More good wine.
Why is there so much wine without a home?
Wine doesn't always go to plan.
A vintage might produce more wine than expected. A restaurant might cancel an order. A producer might make a wine that doesn't quite fit their range. An experiment might turn out brilliantly, but have nowhere to go.
The wine itself can still be great.
But if there isn't a buyer for it, it can end up being sold anonymously in bulk, blended into something else or, in the worst cases, wasted.
We think some of it deserves better.
